Ann Tieu, P.E. founded T.E., Inc. in October of 1990 in Fife, Washington and was incorporated in February of 1991. In October of 1991, T.E., Inc. merged with Team Engineering; T.E., Inc was the surviving company. Team Engineering had been in business since 1978 and passed on its history, engineering, and management staff to T.E., Inc.
T.E., Inc. maintains a staff of sixteen (16) individuals; six electrical engineers, seven mechanical engineers, two drafters, and one administrative personnel.
T.E., Inc. is a team player, dedicated to pursuing the clients' needs. Our ability to meet schedules, budgets, and engineering excellence has resulted in continued repeat service with numerous clients for many years.
The basic design criteria of our engineering staff is consideration to function, efficiency, and reasonable construction costs. The melding of the latest CADD software with T.E., Inc.'s regard for high standards and quality control allow us to deliver the highest quality of work to our clients.
T.E., Inc. has completed many new and remodel projects in a multitude of states. In addition to Washington, our Chief Engineer and Project Managers are licensed in all of the states and provinces listed on this page.
